This Beautiful Japanese Puzzle Box displays Mt Fuji on the lid, traditional two Scotty Dogs on the back with Yosegi pattern side panels. It requires approximately 20 steps to open as both the lid and back of the box can be removed. Normal wear can be seen on this Himitsu Bako. Opening Mechanisms work well but there is some slight warping of lid. A nice example of a vintage box.
