Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or Cashiers Check, Money Order or PayPal.
All items paid for using Pay Pal must have a "Confirmed Address".
We ask that this payment be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order or we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Cashiers Check/Money Orders - If your wish to pay by Cashiers Check or Money Order, please send you payment promptly.  Your order will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of your payment.

Please understand that the nature of our inventory control requires that we not make any shipments before payment is received.  Unless we can receive you Cashiers Check or Money order within 1 week from your order date, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Important!  When paying by Cashiers Check or Money Order, it's important that you completely place your order online.  We will send confirmation of your order when it has been completed.  Because we have many one-of-a-kind items, we must confirm your order to ensure we reserve it for you and remove it from our inventory.

Return Policies

Your satisfaction with your order is important to us.  To return an item, please contact us via email to make return arrangements within 7 days after delivery.  No returns can be accepted without previous notification via email.  Please include your name as it appeared on the order along with the order date.  Returns cannot be accepted if not in original packaging.  When accepted, a refund for the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee.  A refund will be issued within 5 days after the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

We now offer THREE methods of shipping using the United States Postal Service. Please select one of the following options on the checkout page that best suits your needs:

Economy Shipping
  • Domestic Orders should arrive within three to nine business days from date shipped.
  • Delivery confirmation is provided at no additional cost for shipments.
  • International Orders delivery time varies by country. This is the slowest method of delivery and international tracking is not available. Though less expensive, we do not recommend this option for International Shipping but do provide insurance FREE of charge.
Priority Shipping
  • Domestic Orders should arrive within three to five business days from date shipped.
  • Delivery confirmation is included at no cost.
  • International Orders should arrive within six to ten business days from date shipped.
Rush Shipping
  • Domestic Orders should arrive within one to three business days from date shipped.
  • Delivery confirmation is included at no cost.
  • International Orders should arrive within three to five business days from date shipped.

*Note that these are guidelines set by the United States Postal Service and may vary due to peak times they encounter.

Orders are normally shipped the next business day however it may take up to two to three business days during high volume times. 

For International sales, we cannot be responsible for Customs charges or added taxes incurred upon delivery. Insurance for Priority and Rush Orders can be added upon request to further protect items from loss or damage during shipment.
